Book Review of  That Thing about You

Subodh,a regular IT employee,lives with his colleague Ishaan in Mumbai.Subodh is messy, unorganized with no particular goal in life and introvert unlike his roommate Ishaan and therefore considered as immature by his fellow colleagues but he doesn't care.He only likes to talk to Sneha,his colleague and thinks of proposing her.But oneday he heard Sneha talking to another girl about Subodh's immaturity and that she thinks of him only as a friend.That shattered his dream.Meanwhile he went to some themed village with his colleagues where he got a beautiful looking antique key without lock.He wore it in his neck.But since then he is hearing a mysterious woman's voice in his head who helped and guide him in his life.Slowly Subodh likes to talk to only this voice and secluded himself more from the real life.

My Views - The book starts with a simple story but it takes a twists where the main character of the book,Subodh gets an antique looking key and starts to hear a mysterious woman's voice.This voice acts as a mentor in his messy, unorganized life and help him to be a better person.This book is about self realisation.There are some twists in the story and the climax part was pretty unexpected.The language is simple.The narration is good but the cover doesn't go with the plot.It could have been better.
