My Views - The book talks about spirituality,healing, enlightenment,chakras which is a different experience.The characterization was good and the narration is also interesting though some pages are repeatative.The language is easy.The book is little heavy to understand at first but as you keep reading,you will go with the flow.

The title is innovative(Nuha+Minha=NUMI).

I will recommend this book to the ones who love self-help and spiritual books.
